Medical Expenses

All international students will automatically be enrolled in the school’s Health Insurance Plan. This plan provides the necessary hospitalization and medical care, subject to the policy provisions. The plan cost is currently $750 but is subject to change.

If a student has a comprehensive plan equal to or better than a Canadian standard, parents are free to decline enrolling their child in the school’s plan; in this case we will require the details of the plan so our independent Insurance Administrator may assess the plan. A student will receive an exemption from the school’s Health Insurance Plan only after our independent insurance Administrator is satisfied that the coverage is adequate and provides full reimbursement to the caregiver in a reasonable and timely manner.
